Recipe Of The Week - Apple Pizza

Crust:
2 cups flour
1 cup Butter Flavored Crisco
1/2 cup cold water
1 tsp. salt

Mix flour and salt in a bowl, cut in the crisco until it's the size of pinto beans.  Add cold water and mix, just until blended.  Roll out and place in 12" pizza pan.

Filling:
4 Granny Smith Apples (peeled & diced)
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 tbs. flour

Mix all ingredients for filling and spread on the crust.

Topping:
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter

Mix sugar and flour, cut in the butter.  Spread on the apple filling.  Bake @ 350* for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.  Serve warm with ice cream.  This is well worth the effort!
