Ingredients

  • 1 32 oz. frozen corn
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup melted margarine-divided
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 4 oz. green chilies
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 sleeves club crackers

Directions

Cook corn just until warm, then drain the liquid.  Add 1/2 cup of the melted margarine & the remaining ingredients to the corn and put into a 9"x9" baking dish.  Mix the crackers and the remaining 1/4 cup of melted margarine and place on top of the casserole.  Bake @350* for 30 minutes.
