Recipe Of The Week - Layered Angel Food Cake Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 large angel food cake (cut in bites)
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2/3 cup cream
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 -13.5 container-strawberry glaze
  • 12-16 oz. strawberries (sliced)

Directions

Mix sour cream, cream, Cool Whip and powdered sugar and set aside.  Mix stawberries and glaze.  In a large bowl layer 1/2 angel food cake, Cool Whip mixture and strawberry mixture.  Repeat the layers then chill until serving time.
