Recipe of the Week - Mom's Cooked Carrots

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. Baby Carrots
  • 2 tbs. Butter
  • 3 tbs. Water
  • 2 tbs. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

DIRECTIONS

In a 10'' Skillet melt butter, add water, sugar, salt and carrots. Cover and cook 8 minutes uncovered and continue cooking over medium heat until water evaporates. The carrots will being to saute, reduce heat and saute until browned and carmelized.
