Recipe Of The Week - Chocolate Mess

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 3 tbs. Cocoa
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs Beaten
Directions
In microwave safe 9"x9" pan, melt margarine. Add cocoa and stir well. Add sugar, flour, and eggs to the mixture. Microwave 3-5 minutes DO NOT STIR. When toothpick comes out clean, it is done. DO NOT OVERCOOK. the top of the "mess" will appear moist. Top off with your favorite frosting or 3 Hershey's bars. This sweet treat is good, simple, and fast!
