Recipe Of The Week - Southwest Chicken Wraps

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Large Boneless Chicken Breasts - Cut into Bite Size Pieces
- 1/2 Cup Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 - 15 oz Whole Kernel Corn
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Tomato
- 1 Chopped Avocado
- 3 Cups Shredded Green Leaf Lettuce
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheese
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 3 tbs McCormick Chipotle Taco Seasoning
- 3 tbs Guacamole Mix
- 2 pkgs Burrito Size Wraps
Directions
Saute' chicken in Italian dressing until nicely browned, allow to cool. Combine Sour Cream, Chipotle seasoning, and Guacamole mix, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients with cooled chicken. On each wrap, spread 2 tbs. Sour Cream mixture, and 3/4 cup chicken mixture. Roll as for burrito and slice in half. These are worth the effort!!
