Recipe Of The Week - Zesty Red Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 medium Red Potatoes - halved and thinly sliced
- 1 small Onion - halved and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Butter - melted
- 1/2 tsp. crushed Rep Pepper Flakes
- Salt - to taste
- 1 tsp. coarse Black Pepper
Directions
Arrange potatoes and onion in ungreased 9"x9" pan. Combine remaining ingredients and drizzle over potatoes and onion. Cover and bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer. Makes 6-8 servings. Perfect addition to Grilled Chicken!
