Recipe Of The Week - Zesty Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 medium Red Potatoes - halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 small Onion - halved and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Butter - melted
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed Rep Pepper Flakes
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tsp. coarse Black Pepper

Directions

Arrange potatoes and onion in ungreased 9"x9" pan. Combine remaining ingredients and drizzle over potatoes and onion. Cover and bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer. Makes 6-8 servings. Perfect addition to Grilled Chicken!
