Recipe Of The Week - Skillet Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 2 tbs. Minced Onion
- 1 - 10 oz. Can Cream of Chicken
- 1 - 15 oz. Can Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 10-12 Corn Tortillas
- 2 & 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
Directions
Brown Ground Beed with Onion and drain. Add soup, Tomato Sauce, Milk, and Spices. Simmer for 15 minutes. Sprinkle Cheese in Tortillas and roll up tightly. Place in hot meat mixture and ladle sauce over Tortillas. Sprinkle remaining Cheese over. Cover and heat for 5 minutes, or until hot.
