Recipe Of The Week - Tin Roof Dessert Crust

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Corn Syrup
  • 4 cups Frosted Flakes
  • 1/2 gallon Ice Cream
  • Softened Chocolate Sauce
  • 1 - 12 oz bag Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 cup Evaporated Milk

Directions

Crust

Microwave the Peanut Butter and Corn Syrup until it blends well (DO NOT BOIL!) Stir in Frosted Flakes. Press 1/2 of this mixture in bottom of "9x"13" pan. Spread Ice Cream over Crust. Top with remaining Crust.

Sauce

Microwave the chips and Milk together and stir until melted. Add Evaporated Milk. When sauce is cold, pour over Ice Cream. Cover and Freeze.
