Recipe Of The Week - Super BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2.5 lb. Bag of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1/3 cup Crisco Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Oleo
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup Head Country BBQ Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tbs. Chili Powder

Directions

Preheat over to 350°. Put Crisco in foil lined 11" x 15" pan. Put in oven while Flouring Chicken. Put 1st 3 ingredients in the bag of Chicken and shake well. Put in pan with melted Crisco and bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Turn pieces after 20 minutes. Pour sauce over and return to over for 20 minutes. For sauce: combine all sauce ingredients in small sauce pan and simmer while Chicken is baking.
