Recipe Of The Week - Cafe Coffee Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 stick Butter
• 1 Egg
• 1 1/2 Flour
• 1 tbs. Instant Coffee
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda
• 1 cup Chopped Pecans
• 1 bag Chocolate Chunks Cofee Drizzle
• 1 tsp. Instant Coffee
• 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
• 1 1//2 tsp. Water
• 1/2 Powdered Sugar

Directions

Heat oven to 350°. Beat Sugars, Butter, and Egg in large bowl until creamy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop 1/4 cupfuls 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Cool. Drizzle with Coffee Drizzle.
