Recipe Of The Week - Creamy Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
- 2-16 oz. bags California Blend Vegetables
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1-pkg. Dry Ranch Dressing
Directions
Cook Vegetables until tender-crisp and place in a 9"x13" pan. Mix remaining ingredients in blender or with mixer. Pour over vegetables. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Top with shredded Cheese if desired.
