Recipe Of The Week - Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Cooking Oats
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter

Directions

Mix all ingredients and pour into a 9"x9" pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. This is very good with a little pancake syrup poured over or with milk!
