    Ingredients: 1 Cup Cornmeal 1/2 Cup Floor 2 tsp. Baking Powder 1 tsp. Baking Soda 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Cup Corn (Canned or Frozen) 8 oz. Sour Cream 1/2 Cup Milk 1/2 Cup Oil  2 Eggs 1/2 Cup Salsa 1/3 Cup Chopped Onions 1 Cup Grated Cheese (Optional) Directions Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining Ingredients in order given. Mix well.
