November 26th, 2013Ingredients: 1 32 oz. Pkg. Frozen Mixed Vegetables 1 1/4 Cup Grated Cheese 1 Cup Chopped Onion 1 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise 2 Pkg. Ritz Crackers - Crushed 1/2 Cup Butter - Melted Directions Cook vegetables just until tender, put in 9"x13" casserole pan. Mix cheese, onions and mayonnaise. Spread on top of vegetables.
