    Ingredients 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix 2 tbs Instant Coffee Granules 1 16oz Jar Carmel Topping 1 14oz Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 8oz Cool Whip 1 tbs Instant Coffee Granules Chocolate Syrup Directions Mix cake according to directions.
