February 4th, 2014Ingredients 1 lb Lean Hamburger Meat 1/2 lb Ground Sausage 2 Eggs - Beaten 3/4 cup Oatmeal 1-8 oz can Tomato Sauce 1/2 cup Onion - Chopped 1 rib Celery - Chopped 1/2 cup Carrots - Shredded 1 small can Green Chili 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Black pepper 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper Sauce: 1 cup Ketchup 2-3 tbs Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce - Puréed 1 tbs Mustard 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Directions Combine all ingredients. Minced Onion 1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 2 tsp. Liquid Smoke 1 tsp. Garlic Powder Directions Mix all Meatball ingredients and form into small balls.
