    Ingredients: 1 - 3 to 4 lb Pork Roast 1 lb of Bacon 1 1/2 cup of Dales Steak Seasoning Coarse Ground Pepper Directions: Wrap bacon around Pork Roast. Liberally sprinkle Black Pepper over all sides. Place 3 layers of Tin Foil on counter. Place Roast on it and wrap very well, leaving place to pour Dales Seasoning in. After pouring, wrap securely.
